The free trial has no credit card requirement and no automatic billing. Submitting the trial form asks us to contact you about onboarding. It does not activate a paid subscription.
1. Who provides the service
Zero Fuss Calls is operated by ZeroFuss Web, ABN 34 525 542 428, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. These terms apply to the website-assisted trial and the receptionist service configured during onboarding.
2. Trial eligibility
- The offer is for a new Australian business trialling Zero Fuss Calls for genuine business calls.
- One free trial is available per business unless we approve another in writing.
- The business must complete founder-assisted onboarding, provide accurate service rules and approve the setup before activation.
- We may decline or pause a trial where the intended use is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, technically unsupported or outside the service's current operating scope.
3. How the free trial works
- We configure your business name, services, service area, call rules and agreed next steps.
- You may make up to two private test calls from one number approved during onboarding. These calls do not use the trial allowance.
- The trial starts when your supplied Zero Fuss receptionist number is activated for real calls.
- The trial ends after 10 legitimate handled calls or 14 days after activation, whichever happens first.
No payment is taken during the trial. A paid plan starts only after you explicitly choose one and accept the applicable billing details.
4. What counts as a legitimate handled call
A legitimate handled call is a genuine business-related AI conversation lasting at least 10 seconds. It can be a new customer, existing customer, supplier or business partner call, whether the outcome is a booking, callback, transfer, escalation or polite decline.
The following do not use the 10-call allowance:
- The two approved private onboarding test calls.
- Failed connections and calls shorter than 10 seconds.
- Correctly screened spam, unsolicited sales and telemarketing.
- A verified handling failure where Zero Fuss did not deliver the supported call outcome.
If a call classification is disputed, we will review the available call record and correct the allowance where appropriate.
5. What Zero Fuss does
Zero Fuss answers as an automated receptionist, gathers configured job details and follows the next steps the business has approved. Depending on the setup, that may include checking service or location fit, creating a booking, using an approved price, making a callback lead, attempting a transfer or following an escalation path.
Calendar, telephony, model and job-system integrations depend on those providers being available. Zero Fuss reports a supported action as complete only after the relevant system confirms it. When a result cannot be confirmed, the fallback should remain visible.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate services, prices, service areas, safety instructions, escalation contacts and availability rules.
- Review the configured setup and private test calls before activating real calls.
- Keep forwarding, published numbers, integrations and staff contacts under your control and up to date.
- Follow up callbacks, escalations, failed actions and other business-owned outcomes.
- Use the service lawfully and tell us promptly about an error, privacy concern or unsafe outcome.
7. Emergencies and safety
Zero Fuss is not an emergency service and does not replace 000, a licensed professional or a human safety decision. Callers facing an immediate threat to life or property should call 000. The business remains responsible for approving suitable safety and escalation rules for its services.
8. End of trial and paid plans
We will tell you when the trial allowance or time window is ending. If you do not choose a paid plan, Zero Fuss stops handling new calls under the trial. You remain responsible for removing or changing any call forwarding and published receptionist number instructions that no longer apply.
Published plan prices describe the available allowances but do not authorise a charge. Recurring billing, GST, cancellation and any plan-specific terms must be shown and accepted before a paid service starts.
9. Availability and outcomes
We take reasonable care in providing the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular number of bookings, revenue or customer conversions. Outcomes depend on caller demand, the business rules supplied, third-party systems and the business's own follow-up. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
10. Privacy and call information
Our Privacy Policy explains how trial, customer and caller information is handled. The customer must have authority to provide its configuration, staff contacts and connected-system access. Recording or transcription is enabled only under an approved customer setup with the required disclosure and consent controls.
11. Suspension and fair use
We may pause an affected service where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security harm, unlawful activity, unsafe call handling or uncontrolled provider cost. Where practical, we will explain the reason and work with the customer on a safe resolution. This does not remove any rights available under Australian law.
12. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes do not themselves start billing or remove an accepted trial entitlement. We will notify active customers before a material change applies to their paid service.
If there is a dispute, contact us first so both sides can try to resolve it in good faith. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. They do not limit rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law.
13. Contact
Use the contact route for trial questions, service concerns or complaints. Choose the privacy topic for an access, correction or deletion request, and demo abuse for unwanted demo contact.
